THEY CALL ME THE WILD ROSE!
Well, we all saw that latest Lewison-tweet and I know everyone is freaking out right now, because of the WW-contract-rumors, but listen! I don’t think Lewison would turn his back on the CC so shortly after joining the team and everything Oliver has done to support him there? Plus he’s close friends with his twin-sons (and maybe even dating one of them), so… that doesn’t make any sense to me. On the other hand, what did he refer to then..? I did a quick research and found something very interesting…
So he could be referring to the lyrics of Kylie Minouge’s Where The Wild Roses Grow. Okay, I’ll give you that – not all of the text fits to his situation, but there are some parts in it that made me frown and some that are so goddamn obvious, that it had me half way giggling and half way sobbing out loud. I’ll just leave it here and you decide… just remember #heforshe

I mean, YES, the lyrics are about a girl... but I really, really doubt Lewis would think like that about Diana, for he never looks at her that way... we all know who he's gazing at like he is the one! And even if we leave out that part or associate it with his fakefriend the song just goes on like:

HE!He. he. Can you see it? Because I do! We all know how hard all this shit must have been for them in the past but they stand strong together and I totally see Iwan holding Lewis in his arms and wiping his tears away.
On the second day I brought her a flower She was more beautiful than any woman I'd seen I said, "Do you know where the wild roses grow So sweet and scarlet and free?"
This is one part I don't really get, if it's not #heforshe but let's be honest it doesn't have to make sense the whole song through. Though that last line made me cringe. free...
On the second day he came with a single red rose He said: "Will you give me your loss and your sorrow?" I nodded my head, as I lay on the bed "If I show you the roses will you follow?"
This part is literally so LEWOOD I am crying. All the pain and all the love and I totally see Iwan being the strong one taking all the pain from Lewis with his caring heart - RIP.
On the third day he took me to the river He showed me the roses and we kissed And the last thing I heard was a muttered word As he knelt above me with a rock in his fist
As alarming as the last lines sound, I don't think we have to worry about Lewood, for it could either be just a part he doesn't identifies himself with or he could mean Diana? Of course I'm not saying that he's going to knock her out with a rock, but then again maybe their relationship? Cause...
On the last day I took her where the wild roses grow And she lay on the bank, the wind light as a thief As I kissed her goodbye, I said, "All beauty must die" And lent down and planted a rose between her teeth
Yeah, so... as far as I see it, this song points out, that Lewis is suffering bacause of this whole fakefriend-thing, Iwan stands strong by his side lovingly supporting him (as always) and MAYBE there's hope at last, because he could just have warned us about ending the whole stunt soon. But that's just me and my very vary optimistic estimation.

anonymSorry, if you already posted it today, but I don't get the whole tweet-thing about Lewison? Like, what did he tweet and what does that mean?
He tweeted that like 2 hours before the rose-tattoo thing leaked and those were two hours of total confusion. The antis went wild on speculating, that he might have signed that damn contract with the Westminster Wilds - who wanted him to leave the CC and join them - which he obviously didn't. But we couldn't be sure and even when our sweet Sherlewoods pointed out pretty soon that he might be referring to lyrics from Where The Wild Roses Grow by Kylie Minogue & Nick Cave, because of the lyrics we just like... prayed fot that. When the article about the tattoo leaked it was pretty clear to us, WHAT Lewis was referring to and since then we celebrate that beautiful rose tattoo even more. It is a symbol of beauty and love and the fact that LEWIS predicted it means a lot. Sometimes their tweets may seem a little pointless to people who are not in the fandom, but they are not. Because that's the way they try to lowkey-communicate with us and we love it!

anonymSo this happened today: I am secretly a really dark lewood, but of course my colleagues don't know. I had to tell my boyfriend at one point and he's shipping them since then, too. So, I had to go to work today and was really angry that I had to work this (for me) special sunday, but when I got there, a single red rose waited on my desk with a card that said "happy roseversary x K". I think I fell even more in love with him for that.
